Can Osei frames be fitted with prescription lenses?
Osei Eyewear frames arrive with non-prescription lenses. Our optical frames can be fitted with prescription lenses by your local optician or eye care provider.

What is your return policy?
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. Tracking information will be emailed when your order is on the way.
How should I care for my frames?
Clean your lenses using the included microfiber cloth and store your frames in their protective case when not in use. Avoid placing them lens-side down or exposing them to excessive heat.
